  1. Appeal procedure

    1. Receipt of appeal
    • Appeals are received via email or the website inquiry form.
    1. Review and processing
    • Appeals are processed within 14 days from receipt, and if additional review is required, the applicant will be informed of the delay reason and expected timeline.
    1. Result notification
    • The result will be notified to the contact provided at the time of appeal submission.
    1. Action based on results
    • Actions will be taken based on the appeal outcome, including lifting service restrictions.
  2. Additional notes or cautions

    • Limit on number of appeals
      Appeals related to service restrictions are limited to one appeal per restriction case.
      Repeated appeals for the same reason may extend processing time, and unreasonable repeated submissions may be excluded from review.

    • Information required in an appeal

      • Reachable contact (phone number or email)
      • Case number and date (information provided in the restriction notice)
      • Evidence showing the restriction reason was incorrect (e.g., screenshots)
        If required information is missing, the appeal will not be processed.
    • Potential delays
      Appeals are typically processed within 14 days.
      However, if additional review is required, processing may be delayed, and the reason and expected schedule will be provided.

Chapter 5 Damages and Disclaimer

Article 17 (Damages)

  1. Compensation for damages due to violation of terms

    • If the Company or the user violates these Terms and causes damage to the other party, the violating party shall compensate the other party for such damage.
  2. Liability for damages related to partner services

    • If the Company provides services through partnership agreements with individual service providers, users must agree to the service provider's terms.
    • If damage occurs due to the service provider's intent or negligence, the service provider is responsible for such damage.
    • However, if the Company has intent or gross negligence, the Company may also bear part of the responsibility.

Article 18 (Disclaimer of the Company)

  1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to causes beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters, war, government regulations, communication disruptions, or server errors. However, this does not apply to cases caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
  2. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by temporary suspension or failures due to unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, or construction of service facilities. However, this does not apply to cases caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
  3. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions due to the user's fault.
  4. The Company is not responsible for transactions or disputes between the user and other users or third parties where the Company has no obligation to intervene.
  5. The Company is not responsible for damages incurred by users related to the use of services provided free of charge. However, this does not apply to cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence.
  6. The Company is not responsible for losses or failure to gain expected benefits from using the Service.
  7. The Company is not responsible for deletion of content or account information provided by the Company. However, this does not apply to cases caused by the Company's intent or negligence.

Article 19 (Notice to Users)

  1. When the Company provides notice of important matters to users, it may do so using the email address provided by the user.
  2. When the Company notifies all users, it may substitute the notice in paragraph 1 by posting it on the Company's website or service screen for at least 7 days.

Article 20 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

Appeals Process

1. Submit an appeal

Submit an appeal by email or via the website inquiry form.

2. Review and processing

Appeals are processed within 14 days of receipt; if additional review is needed, we will notify the applicant of the delay and expected timeline.

3. Result notification

The result will be communicated to the contact provided at submission.

4. Resolution

Service restrictions will be lifted or actions taken based on the appeal outcome.
