These Terms apply commonly to all services provided by the Company.
If separate terms ("Individual Terms") are established for a specific service, the Individual Terms take precedence over these Terms. However, matters not specified in the Individual Terms shall be governed by these Terms.
If the Individual Terms include content overlapping with these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail. However, if the Individual Terms explicitly modify or supplement these Terms, the Individual Terms shall prevail.
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.
Terms not defined in these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and their common meaning.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
Users are responsible for managing their accounts and devices and must not allow others to use them. The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from negligent management or permission granted to others.
The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in principle.
Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases. In such cases, the Company shall notify users in advance of the reason and period of suspension. However, if prior notice is not possible due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural disasters, emergency server failures), the Company may notify users without delay after the suspension.
Unless otherwise required by law, the Company will not provide compensation or supplementary measures for interruptions to services provided free of charge under paragraph 2. However, the Company is liable in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company may restrict the use of the Service if any of the following applies.
If the reason for restriction is resolved, the Company may resume the Service without prior notice.
The Company does not compensate for damages resulting from restrictions on use.
